Our Story
In 1983, Neil McNulty was a Marine Corps officer leaving active duty and needing a civilian career near his home city. Unfortunately, all opportunities presented to him by placement firms were located where he had no desire to live. He quickly discovered that veterans who had geographic preferences such as returning home, living near family, accommodating a spouse’s career, or something else, were not served by placement firms. A great unmet need existed.
In 1986, Neil created the first staffing firm business model for placing outstanding candidates into opportunities in targeted geographic locations. Today, the 30/30 Placement Program™ is used by firms across America for placement within just 30 miles of any location, and often within just 30 days.
Neil also created the 30/30 Job Search™, the DIY version of the 30/30 Placement Program™, for job hunters desiring career opportunities near home. The 30/30 Job Search™ has been called “the most effective job-hunting system anywhere” by employment industry experts and is the theme of the “Best-Seller” “The Quick 30/30 Job Solution” © Impact Publications.
